Eric Cima’s career in the financial industry began as a financial advisor in 1991, where he leveraged his integrity and financial acumen to build a loyal client base. Eric developed a strong skillset for harnessing technology to improve processes and best practices while increasing productivity and sales. Eric’s versatility and 30+ year experience in the industry has been a cornerstone of the 818 Capital Group’s evolution from retail financial planning start up to managing over $2.4 billion AUM across several investment-related companies.

Eric holds Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses and a degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. He established new standards for reporting and data analysis in 2015 in the role of Chief Financial Officer and currently serves as 818 Capital Group’s Chief Operating Officer. Eric is excited to bring his expertise to the table once again by leading the back-end team driving operational structure at Warhawk One, our hedge fund focused on growing and maintaining generational wealth

Eric is a great mentor to growth-minded financial advisors and a resourceful ambassador to the business leaders within the 818 Capital Group suite of companies. His strengths have been in supporting compliance initiatives, developing an investment committee, and building a proprietary system for structuring the Liberty One portfolios that have been key factors in that company’s growth. Eric enjoys time with his family and traveling together. He is involved in several ministries at St. Joseph’s parish in Libertyville. He is an Ironman, avid mountain biker, and racket sport enthusiast.
