Alec Tranel leads the T8 Real Estate team in managing and growing 818 Capital Group’s short- and long-term rental holdings. Real estate is a key component of diversifying our investment portfolio and Alec has great skill in identifying and putting together real estate deals. Alec is also a key team member of the Warhawk One Capital investor relations and business development teams. 

Alec demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen by building startups during his tenure at the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. His guiding principle, “The more we grow, the more we give” reflects his commitment to intertwining philanthropy with business success. 

Alec thoroughly enjoys his pursuits in real estate investing, building businesses and leveraging AI. He is currently finalizing his first book. Outside of his professional pursuits, Alec contributes to the community through coaching wheelchair basketball and supporting the GLASA organization, showcasing his dedication to empowering health equity.
