Kat was instrumental in developing the company’s culture of unparalleled client service, ensuring every touchpoint with every client created a positive experience and that all follow-up communication was timely and professional. The Client Delight program continues to guide The Tranel Financial Group to this day.

Kat is no longer actively involved in the day-to-day operations of The Tranel Financial Group, but her legacy of looking at every interaction from the perspective of the client continues to be a cornerstone of the firm’s success.
