Violetta Rshtuni is the Controller at 818 Capital Group, a role which includes overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, implementing effective internal controls, and leading her team of bookkeepers. She is instrumental in strategic financial planning and analysis, supporting the company’s goals for growth and profitability.

Violetta graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in 2017. She began her career in fund accounting at Z Capital Credit Partners, where she developed a strong foundation in financial management. She then advanced to the role of Senior Fund Accountant at Alter Domus, specializing in credit funds. Her expertise and dedication led her to become the Director of Fund Accounting at Providence Management Company.
